Preparation
- Toast the slices of bread.
- Halve the fig and cut into thin slices or quarter the cherry tomatoes.
- Cut the chives into short pieces or pluck the basil leaves.
- Spread the pesto on the slices of bread and sprinkle over half the chives or top with the basil.
- Top each with 1/2 slice of Parma ham and figs or cherry tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with a little pepper and the remaining chives or basil.
