500 g Cheese mixture
1 Tbsp Cornflour
1.5 dl Water
1.5 dl Martini Bianco
1 Piece Garlic clove, halved
0.5 Bunch Peppermint, finely chopped
0.5 Bunch Basil, finely chopped
0.5 Bunch Oregano, finely chopped
Herb fondue

Preparation

  1. Mix all the herbs.
  2. Rub the caquelon with the garlic clove, then add the cheese mixture to the caquelon.
  3. Mix the cornflour with the water and Martini Bianco and then pour in.
  4. Bring to the boil over a medium heat, stirring constantly, until the cheese has melted and is creamy.
  5. Stir in the herbs and serve.
