Garlic toast

  1. On the day of preparation, finely puree the frozen banana and berries with the remaining ingredients in a blender.
  2. To serve, roughly chop the almonds.
  3. Decorate the smoothie with berries and sprinkle with almonds and chia seeds. Drizzle with date syrup and serve immediately.
