Preparation
- Mix the strawberries with the honey and lemon juice, cover and chill.
- Mix the mascarpone with a hand mixer or food processor until smooth. Then stir in the sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon balm.
- Pour the strawberries into glasses, top with the lemon balm and mascarpone cream and garnish.
Tips
- The cream can be prepared 1 day in advance. Simply cover and refrigerate afterwards.
- Marinate the strawberries 1-2 hours in advance and cover and chill.
