- Prepare an espresso.
- Pour the milk into the Smeg milk frother, close the lid and select the "COLD MILK WITH THICK FOAM" program. Press the START/STOP button to switch on the milk frother and wait until the program has finished.
- Crush the ice in a blender.
- Pour the crushed ice into a glass with as much sweetener as you like and then add the cold frothed milk and espresso.
- Mix everything.
- Add the foam and complete your drink with the dark chocolate cocoa and hazelnut shavings.
- Serve your iced chocolate cappuccino cold.
