CONDITIONS OF ENTRY IN THE COMPETITION

This competition is in no way connected to Facebook or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook/Instagram. It does not give rise to any legal claims against Facebook or Instagram. All information relating to this competition is provided exclusively by SMEG Switzerland / Telion AG, Rütistrasse 26, 8952 Schlieren (hereinafter referred to as Telion AG). The winners will be selected by Telion AG.

2. participation

2.1 Every natural person who is at least 18 years old and resident in Switzerland or Liechtenstein is eligible to participate. In the case of underage participants, their legal guardians must consent to their participation. The existence of such consent may be verified by the organizer. By participating in the competition, participants agree to the conditions of participation.

2.2 Multiple entries will not be taken into account and therefore do not increase the chance of winning.Automatically generated entries and participants who carry out technical manipulations will be excluded from the competition. Employees of Telion AG, their relatives in the same household and the participating companies and their relatives are excluded from participation. In the event of suspected manipulation, Telion AG reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition without justification or prior notice. In addition, Telion AG is not responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or other malfunctions.

2.3 Among all valid entries, the winners will be selected at random, excluding the general public, at the end of the competition period. This will be decided by lot.

2.4  The winners will be notified of the prize by email. The winners will be asked to provide their first name, surname and the delivery address in Switzerland or Liechtenstein for delivery of the prize. The participant is responsible for sending and ensuring the accuracy of the contact details. The prize will be forfeited if the winner does not respond to the prize notification within 24 hours or does not provide their personal contact details or does not provide them in full. This includes an invalid e-mail address.

2.5 Note on the redemption of competition vouchers: If the value of the voucher won is not used up in full when it is redeemed, there is no entitlement to payment of the remaining amount, either in cash or in the form of a new voucher. Unused amounts expire and can no longer be claimed at a later date.

2.6 Participants agree to the processing of their data in the context of this competition. The data will not be passed on to third parties. However, Telion AG reserves the right to use the data collected for its own advertising purposes.
Furthermore, the Data Protection Declaration applies. 

2.7  No correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition. The prize is non-transferable and a cash payment is not possible. Telion AG is entitled to make changes to the prize.

2.8 Legal recourse is excluded. The law of Switzerland shall apply to all legal relationships between the parties
