The products from our SMEG range are shipped with the leading shipping service providers. For larger volumes and products, we commission an external shipping company. They will contact you by telephone to arrange a delivery date. Your order will be processed by us as soon as possible after receipt. Your goods will be delivered within 1-3 days for small items and 5-10 working days for large items such as retro refrigerators
We want our customers to enjoy the best service, which is why we always offer the shipping of refrigerators with installation service. This guarantees that the refrigerator arrives safely at the place of use and that the customer can accept it with a smile

- Regular shipping (with Swiss Post): CHF 10.00 - delivery from CHF 50.00 postage free
- Delivery to place of use refrigerator: CHF 150.00
- Delivery partner will arrange appointment - contact may take up to 10 working days from order date
- If you are not present on the agreed date, a second delivery will also be charged (costs according to expenditure)
- Dispatch takes place exclusively within Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein
